Everyone who spends time around triathlons understands the spirit that surrounds the sports.
Here is one way to relive the 2012 Triathlon season while looking forward to the upcoming 2013 season with a chance to win! Announcing the 1st Annual Spirit of Triathlon Photo Contest brought to you by Competitive Image and Triathlete.com.
Thousands of triathletes are racing each weekend and tens of thousands of photos are brilliantly shot showing off their amazing efforts. The Spirit of Triathlon Photo Contest aims to honor the Spirit of Triathlon and those who help capture it.
Images may include Professional, Age Group, Kids and Challenged Triathletes, Action Photos, Venues, Human Interest and any other images that portray the Spirit of Triathlon. The Top 20 images will be presented on Triathlete.com.
The contest is open to all photographers who are not working professionals, so consider this an age group / amateur photographer competition, which includes anyone in your family or friends out supporting you on race day.
Prizes for the top 3 images. The winning photos will be published on Triathletes.com and win prizes from Think Tank Photo such as the Urban Disguise 35 (camera equipment not included) for the first place photo prize winner. A perfect sized bag for photographers on the go. Other prizes include the Sling-O-Matic 20 and the Digital Holster 10.
