On a perfect day for triathlon racing in New Hampshire Rasmus Henning and Chrissie Wellington dominate the day and win the 2011 Ironman 70.3 Timberman. In doing so Wellington wins her fourth Ironman 70.3 Timberman title.
Both Henning and Wellington pretty much led from start to finish on the day with excellent swim, bike and runs. After some disappointing race results this year, Henning crushes the bike with a 2:07:11 bike split. Wellington used her 1:18:44 run split and fast swim and bike to dominate the women's pro field and to finish 8th overall today.
