11Global continues expanding it's presence with the addition of a new triathlon event in the United Arab Emirates. The new ELEVEN Dubai triathlon will take place later this year in Dubai on December 2, 2010 and will be Dubai's first international triathlon.

The ELEVEN Dubai event will feature something for everyone with the various triathlons distances being offered: Olympic Distance: 1.5km Swim, 40km Bike, 10km Run, Sprint Distance: 750me Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run and a Super Sprint: 400me Swim, 5km Bike, 2.5km Run. Team Relays of 2 or 3 people can partake as well as kids. Minimum age for Super Sprint is 8 years old and 15 years old for the Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons.
The new event is set to take place on National Day (December 2), which marks the formation of the United Arab Emirates.
11Global has been putting on races Olympic Distance triathlon events primarily in Africa over the last two year. This year they expanded their presence into the United States with their new ELEVEN Reynolds Plantation event. Their triathlon series goes by the name "ELEVEN".
