This new triathlon race becomes the fourth race in the TriStar111 series of races and is the first race outside of Europe for race organizers. The event week will be opened with the first ever StarMile swimming event world-wide. The former Nevis to St. Kitts Cross Channel Swim over 2,5 miles will be relabelled "StarMile 2.5 Nevis" and kick off a week of fun, social responsibility and environmental protection on the island. Later in the week, a TriStar11.1 will be held for kids and triathlon newcomers, before the main event takes place on Saturday.
