Here is your chance to Race Side-by-Side with U.S.A. Triathlon Legends Matt Reed and Andy Potts, in turn raising money for a good cause, Jenny's Light Foundation.
Olympian Matt Reed and Ironman 70.3 World Champion Andy Potts will be attending this year's Gateway to the Bay Triathlon Festival in the Houston, Texas area. Both athletes will captain their own relay teams and raise money for Jenny's Light. Spots on Team Reed and Team Potts are being auctioned off via EBay. Team Reed will have Swim & Bike legs available and Team Potts will have Bike & Run legs available.

THE CAUSE AND GOAL
Jenny's Light is a charity set up by Becky Lavelle (USA Triathlon's 2008 Non-ITU Pro-Triathlete of the year) in memory of her sister. Jenny's Light helps women with Postpartum Mood Disorders. 100% of the money raised through this auction and 3 others fundraiser events taking place will go directly to Becky Lavelle's Charity, Jenny's Light. The goal is to raise at least $15,000.

The Race with a Pro / Jenny's Light Relay Auction is now open and will remain open until March 22 at Midnight. There will be 4 auctions taking place simultaneously. Each auction will be for a different leg of the relay on a different team. Don't miss out on your chance to bid on your desired relay spot. WHAT THE WINNING BIDDERS GET
• ESCAPE from Alcatraz Triathlon Spot. Winner may choose either the 2010 or 2011 ESCAPE. (race entry fee and travel not included)

Final Payment is due within 10 days of auction close. That means we need to have the check by March 28, 2010.

This is a very deserving, hardworking charity and we don't want to let them down. In the event of a non-payment the next highest bidder will be notified and offered the relay spot at their last bid price.
