Colorado Springs, CO — USA Triathlon (USAT) has partnered with ZumTri to provide members with a unique form of results through state-of-the-art interactive virtual race replays.
As the official supplier of virtual results for the USAT National Championships, ZumTri will provide race participants with the opportunity to watch a personalized post-race animation of themselves competing against the field on the race map. For athletes, ZumTri is a way to relive their race and share it with others. For race organizers, it's a way to promote their race and their sponsors by extending the race experience well beyond the physical footprint of the event.
"Zumtri has created a program that members will be excited to see for mapping where they are relative to their competition in USAT events," said Tim Yount, USA Triathlon's senior vice president of marketing & communications. "We feel fortunate they chose USAT to be one of their first clients and are looking forward to working with them on some additional enhancements to their programming."
As part of this partnership, ZumTri is the official supplier of virtual results for the USAT National Championship program through the end of 2010. ZumTri will offer race directors a 10% discount for USAT sanctioned races. Contact ZumTri for more information.
