Biography:
Renowned triathlete, adventure racer, and ultra runner, Terri Schneider is highly acclaimed as a top female multi-sport endurance athlete and as an inspirational speaker, author, and coach. She has raced in over 30 countries as a world-class professional triathlete for 12 years and as an elite international adventure racer since the sport's inception in the U.S. in 1995. Terri has completed 22 Ironman Triathlons, finishing in the top 5 for women ten times. Terri has an M.A. in sports psychology and has shared her personal experiences, research, and expertise through her work as a coach and as an invited speaker for national, international, and corporate audiences, including Tyson Foods, Wal-Mart, Seagate, the Discovery Channel, and USA Network. She is coauthor of Triathlete's Guide to Mental Training. Terri lives in Aptos, California.
